   Introduction to Anapana Meditation for Children VRI is now conducting online introductory sessions on Anapana Meditation for children. From 1st Feb 2021, the sessions will be held  once a week on Sundays at 6 PM ,  Indian Standard Time (+5.30 GMT). Language of instruction will be Hindi These sessions are open to children over 8 years of age. Every session has a joining link as posted below. Advance registration is not required.    Live Anapana Meditation Session by Vipassana Research Institute (VRI) on Webex VRI is now conducting online  Live Anapana Meditation  sessions  once  a week, on every Saturday,  at  7.30 PM   Indian Standard Time (+5.30 GMT).  These sessions are open to anyone over 10 years of age.  At the scheduled time please click on the link below to join the session.
